DownloadCaseDocMover.dmg

1. Open the .dmg file.

2. Drag CaseDocMover to your Applications folder.

3. Launch the app — if Gatekeeper warns you, right-click the app and choose Open.

Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)

1. Run CaseDocMover.exe.

2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.

3. The app starts in the system tray.

Ubuntu / Debian (amd64)

Install the .deb package:

sudo dpkg -i casedocmover_*.deb

You may see a security warning on first launch — this is expected.

CaseDocMover is not yet code-signed with an Apple or Microsoft certificate. Your operating system flags unsigned apps as a precaution, but the app is safe to run.

  • macOS: If Gatekeeper says “cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified”, right-click (or Control-click) the app in your Applications folder and choose Open, then click Open again in the dialog. You only need to do this once.
  • Windows: If SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info then Run anyway. You only need to do this once.

After installing

  1. 1Launch CaseDocMover — a license activation dialog will appear on first run.
  2. 2Enter the license key from your purchase confirmation email and click Activate.
  3. 3Right-click the tray icon and open Settings to configure your email provider and storage.
  4. 4Click Test Connection on each tab to confirm everything is working.
