What happens when my subscription ends?

CaseDocMover will continue to work for up to 30 days after your subscription lapses (offline grace period). After that, a renewal prompt will appear when you next launch the app.

Can I use CaseDocMover on multiple machines?

Each license covers one installation. Purchase additional licenses for additional machines.

How do I get my license key?

Your key is emailed to you immediately after payment. Enter it in the activation dialog when you first launch CaseDocMover.

What refund policy do you have?

If CaseDocMover doesn't work for your setup, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
